How Rankings Work
Providers are ranked using a blended star rating (this site + Google) and an adjustment for how many reviews they have. We give more weight to reviews on this site.
Rankings consider:
- Blended rating: NDIS Reviews 85%, Google 15%.
- Confidence from volume: NDIS Reviews ×1.0, Google ×0.4.
- Smoothing: A light adjustment so a few scores don’t outrank consistent feedback.
- Spotlights: Published Spotlights give a small confidence lift and help break ties. They never replace real reviews.
In short: strong ratings and more dependable feedback rank higher.
