How Rankings Work

Providers are ranked using a mix of reviews from this site (NDIS Reviews) and Google. We give more weight to internal reviews and adjust rankings based on how many reviews a provider has received.

Rankings are calculated using:

70% weight from NDIS Reviews (on this site)
30% weight from Google Reviews

We also apply smoothing, meaning providers with more reviews rank higher than those with only a few — even if they have the same average rating. This helps ensure rankings reflect both quality and reliability.
