Welcome to NDIS Reviews, my name is Rob. Since 2021, I’ve been the legal guardian of Margaret, my beautiful sister who’s been through more than most of us could imagine.

When I stepped into this role, her NDIS plan had barely any funding. Her Support Coordinator hadn’t even met her. It was disheartening — and infuriating. I quickly realised how broken and overwhelming the system could be.

Over the past few years, I’ve fought tooth and nail to turn things around. From switching providers and finding therapists who actually care, to battling red tape, navigating LACs, chasing paperwork, and advocating at every level — I’ve learned just how hard this system can be, especially when you’re already carrying the full weight of guardianship.

That’s why I built NDIS Reviews.

This site exists so others don’t have to start from scratch, or feel lost in a maze of phone calls and guesswork. It’s a place to hear from real people, share honest experiences, and make more informed decisions — whether you’re an NDIS participant, carer, family member or advocate.

Because no one should have to go through this alone.
