Independence & Affiliation
NDIS Reviews is operated by Troubleshoot IT and is an independent review platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Our goal is to provide participants, families, and providers with transparent, user-driven feedback to support informed choices within the disability support sector.
Combined Review Sources
We display a combination of internal reviews submitted via this platform and external reviews sourced from Google. This approach provides a broader perspective on service quality but does not imply endorsement or verification of third-party content.
How Rankings Work
Rankings are based on a weighted average of ratings:
- 70% weight is given to internal reviews submitted via NDIS Reviews
- 30% weight is given to external Google Reviews (from head office listings)
We also apply a smoothing method that favours providers with a higher number of reviews. This ensures providers with only a few reviews don’t outrank long-established services with consistent feedback.
The rankings are automated and do not reflect editorial preference. Providers can improve their visibility by encouraging genuine reviews from participants and families.
