The crew at Bluegum Ability have been absolutely brilliant. My sister Margaret’s been with them for two years now, and honestly, she’s come ahead in leaps and bounds. She’s not just thriving, she’s found her feet, her voice, and her independence.

Thanks to their support, Margaret’s gained real autonomy and self-determination. She’s making her own choices, setting her own goals, and living life on her terms. It’s been bloody beautiful to watch.

You’ll complete a short intake and provide your NDIS details (participant number, plan dates, budget category). A service agreement is then issued for approval.

Yes. Bluegum Ability Services accepts all three. For plan-managed, invoices are sent to your plan manager; for NDIA-managed, claims are made directly through the portal.

Pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where applicable. Any non-NDIS items or travel charges are disclosed in the service agreement before you start. Typical hours: Monday: 9AM–5PM, Tuesday: 9AM–5PM, Wednesday: 9AM–5PM, Thursday: 9AM–5PM, Friday: 9AM–5PM.
