We had an amazing experience with Cheeky Bums. Our daughter’s walker broke that morning while we were travelling through Tennant Creek, and they were able to help us out with a replacement. The lady who served us was incredibly helpful and friendly, and really went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. We’re so grateful for the support. A big thank you!

You’ll complete a short intake and provide your NDIS details (participant number, plan dates, budget category). A service agreement is then issued for approval.
Yes. Cheeky Bum Nappies accepts all three. For plan-managed, invoices are sent to your plan manager; for NDIA-managed, claims are made directly through the portal.
Pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where applicable. Any non-NDIS items or travel charges are disclosed in the service agreement before you start.
